1. Pre-Design
Meeting with the client to discuss the expectations for the project is essential. We will ask our clients to help us envision their dreams. Are they thinking about renovating or are they looking at taking down walls and opening up living spaces? Do they want to go classic or contemporary? Casual or formal? By listening carefully to what they have in mind, we can help them see where their dreams can take them. That is how we get a feel the space and what they want to achieve. Listening to the customers suggestions is a MUST.
2. Drawings
If clients want to envision their remodeling, we will present a drawing, rendering or 3D-images aimed at letting them know ideas that we understand they have in mind.
3. Proposal
A detailed proposal of our services and costs of design and/or construction will be presented to our client. Based on the project, we can offer samples for floors and finishes (if available), color charts, etc. We also work on space planning, layout, lighting, and all other details the project requires.
4. Project Management and Execution
In this stage of the project, we will execute the work that has been created and approved. A work schedule will be settled upon.
